These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the yesbe platform and all its services. By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

yesbe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any account registration and to close an already created account if it appears that the above conditions have been violated.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your yesbe account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account to our support team immediately. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your account.

3.2 Account Verification

yesbe may request additional documents for identity verification at any time if needed. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of the verification process. You may be required to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or other valid identity documents.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on yesbe:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account.
• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Misusing bonus benefits or abusing the system.
• Using the platform for illegal purposes or money laundering.
• Operating an account through any software, bot, or automated system.

4.1 Deposit Guidelines

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on yesbe: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposited funds should appear in your account almost immediately; however, delays may occasionally occur due to technical issues with the payment method or bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Guidelines

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must be verified before making a withdrawal. The withdrawal method must be registered in your own name.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the yesbe welcome bonus (100% bonus on first deposit up to ৳8,000), a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

yesbe provides bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to specific conditions and may have separate terms. General bonus guidelines are provided below:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only — a bonus of up to ৳8,000 is available starting from ৳500.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the designated wagering requirements have been met.
• yesbe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Attempting to abuse bonus benefits may result in account suspension.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, and 1.2% is available at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels respectively.

6.1 General Rules of Play

All games offered on yesbe are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which can be viewed when the game is launched. It is the user's responsibility to read the specific rules of any game carefully before participating.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event once finalized. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled following the applicable policy.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session or an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, yesbe will make its best effort to resolve the matter. In such situations, yesbe's decision will be considered final.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (provided there are no restrictions) will be refunded.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, an attempt will first be made to resolve the matter through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through the appropriate legal authority.
